Parcel Sold at 720 N.E. 28th Street

Omega Investments, L.L.C. has purchased a land parcel located at 720 Northeast 28th Street consisting of 0.30 of an acre from CWS Properties, L.L.C. for $39,500. The property will be utilized as an investment. Bob Sullivan, CCIM with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to the Buyer and Seller. Closing was held at The Oklahoma City Abstract and Title Company by Teresa Koeppe.
