14.227 Acres Sold at 8606 N. I-35

Renegade Property Company OKC, L.L.C. has purchased a property located at 8606 North I-35 Service Road consisting of 14.227 acres more or less from JOBE35, LLC for $2,000,000. The property will be utilized as an RV Sales and Leasing Dealership. Zac McQueen and Amir Shams with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to the Buyer and Seller. Closing was held at Titan Title and Closing, L.L.C. by Dennette M. Layton.
