Capoeira Real Estate Holdings, L.L.C. has purchased land property located at Highway 9 & I-35 in Goldsby, Oklahoma consisting of 19.08 acres from McLain County Storage, L.L.C for $11,950,000. The property will be utilized as an investment.  Jeff Lester, CCIM with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to the Buyer and Seller. Closing was held at First American Title Insurance Company by Natalie Reid.
