Issam Khayati has leased a retail space located at 1017 South Air Depot, Suites E & F consisting of 2,404 square feet from DHNGUYEN Investments, L.L.C. This space will be utilized as a breakfast restaurant.  David Hartnack, Sam Swanson and Nathan Wilson with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to the Lessee and Lessor.
