NNBC III Real Estate, L.L.C. has purchased a property located at 7300 South Western Avenue consisting of 6,776 square feet and 0.54 acre from the Buddy A. Shadid Revocable Trust for $623,000. The property will be utilized as an investment.  Bob Sullivan, CCIM with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to the Buyer and the Seller. Closing was held at Oklahoma City Abstract and Title Company by Teresa Koeppe.
