501 North Council Road Sold for Multi-Family Development

Bradford Place Apartments, LP has purchased a multi-family property located at 501 North Council Road consisting of 15.5 acres from Melrose46, L.L.C. for $500,000. The property will be utilized as a multi-family development.  Zac McQueen and Amir Shams with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to the Buyer.  Closing was held First American Title Insurance Company by Natalie Reid.
