Southwest 29th Street consisting of 51,547 square feet on 4.21 acres
from Sunwalk Industries, L.L.C. This building will be utilized for
manufacturing of pressure control equipment used during drilling, completing
and production operations. Bob Sullivan, CCIM with NAI Sullivan Group handled
the transaction.
