Oklahoma City based
Caledonian Capital Group, L.L.C. has purchased a retail shopping center at 3612
South Elm in Broken Arrow from ABS DFW Owner, L.L.C. for $1,850,000. The
property has been half empty for over a decade since Albertson’s Grocery shut
down their operations in the State. Caledonian Capital Group plans to finally
make the long overdue repairs to the property and to lease out the vacant
space. David Hartnack and Sam Swanson with NAI Sullivan Group handled the
transaction. Closing was held at Oklahoma City Abstract and Title with Teresa
Koeppe.
