Triple M Properties,
L.L.C. has purchased a retail property located at 2241 Southwest 44th
Street consisting of 30,992 square feet from Avalon Enterprises for $600,000.
The facility will be utilized as an investment property. Amanda Sullivan with
NAI Sullivan Group worked with the Seller. Closing was held at Chicago Title by
Natalie Reed.
