Charity Partners Network, Inc. has purchased an industrial property located at 711 West 9^th Street in Hobart consisting of 89,000 square feet from SKF USA, Inc. for $933,100.  The facility will be utilized as a manufacturing facility.  Irmon Gray and Darryl Meason with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction.  Closing was held at Old Republic Title Company by Anne Reggio.
