401 Northwest 38th Terrace Sold

Houston T. Hill has purchased an industrial property located at 401 Northwest 38^th Terrace consisting of 4,468 square feet from Watts Living Trust for $160,000.  The facility will be utilized as an investment.  Bob Sullivan, CCIM with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction.  Closing was held at Oklahoma City Abstract and Title Company by Teresa Koeppe.
