6001 South Sooner Road Sold

DHP Realty, L.L.C. has purchased an industrial property located at 6001 South Sooner Road consisting of 5,625 square feet and 0.82 acres from ABM Investments, L.L.C. for $670,000.  The facility will be utilized as a medical office.  Bob Sullivan, CCIM and Nathan Wilson with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction.  Closing was held at Oklahoma City Abstract & Title Company by Teresa Koeppe.
