Northwest 23rd & Sara Road Sold

Timbercraft Homes, L.L.C. has purchased land located South of Northwest 23^rd Street along Sara Road consisting of 27.5 acres from Jill Jacoway as Trustee for Robert Griffin for $500,000. Bob Sullivan, CCIM with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction. Closing was held at American Eagle Title Company by Stacey Merrill.
