10 acres sold at Northeast 63rd & Coltrane

Shane and Kyndall Smith have purchased land located at the corner of Northeast 63^rd and Coltrane consisting of 10 acres from Gertrude Mary Cotton Revocable Trust for $100,000.  The land will be utilized as an investment.  Bob Sullivan, CCIM with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction.  Closing was held at Oklahoma City Abstract and Title Company by Teresa Koeppe.
