Land sold on Hefner Road

Red Creek, LTD has purchased a land located at 2100 Block of West Hefner Road consisting of 0.7396 acres from Homes of OKC, Inc. for $61,500.  The land will be utilized as an Investment.  Bob Sullivan, CCIM with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction.  Closing was held at Oklahoma City Abstract and Title Company by Teresa Koeppe.
