Zaxby’s to open on 6th Street in Stillwater

Lady Di Food Groups Holding, L.L.C. has purchased land located on 6^th Street in Stillwater consisting of 1 acre from Bourbon Street Square, L.L.C. for $587,250.  Lady Di Food Groups, L.L.C. plans on opening a new Zaxby’s restaurant on this site. David Hartnack and Sam Swanson with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction.  Closing was held at First American Title and Trust Company by Pilar Beare.
