82 acres sold

Allen Contracting, Inc. has purchased 82 acres at 3601 Northeast 63^rd Street from Gertrude M. Cotton Trust for $500,000. The property is zoned agricultural and the Buyer has no specific use for the land other than agricultural. Bob Sullivan, CCIM with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction.  Closing was held at Oklahoma City Abstract and Title Company by Teresa Koeppe.
