1433 South Fretz Leased

The Detail Pros, L.L.C. has leased an industrial property located at 1433 South Fretz consisting of 2,977 square feet from Fretz Business Park, L.L.C.  The Detail Pros plan on relocating their business to the Fretz Business Park from Woodward, OK in order to expand their business.  David Hartnack with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction.
