Space leased at Quail Ridge Tower

MadCo Corp. has leased a property located at 11212 North May Avenue, Suite 407 consisting of 1,300 square feet from QRT Properties, L.L.C.  The office space will be utilized for City Wide a full service building maintenance solution. Nicole Mayes and Amanda Sullivan with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction.
