1240 Southwest 44th Street Sold

Trust Women Foundation, Inc. has purchased a property located at 1240 Southwest 44^th Street consisting of 4,366 square feet from Southwest Eye Clinic Realty, L.L.C. for $277,500.  The building will be utilized as a medical office facility. Amanda Sullivan with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction.  Closing was held at Oklahoma City Abstract and Title Company by Teresa Koeppe
