34.39 acres sold in El Reno

Wimpy 25, L.L.C. has purchased a property located at Eat Jenson Road consisting of 34.39 acres more or less from Romberg Family Trust for $335,030.40.  This land will be utilized as a development site. Irmon Gray with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction.  Closing was held at Old Republic Title Company by Barbara Chatman.
