South Western Business Park, L.L.C. partners, Dewayne
Poor and Noble McIntyre have purchased a property located at the 7700 South
Western consisting of 4,000 square feet from KAK, L.L.C. for $420,000. The building is conveniently located at I-240
and South Western and will be renovated and is scheduled to be leased as a
3,000 square foot retail cigar store and private cigar lounge by Cigar Traders,
L.L.C. The additional 1,000 square feet will be utilized as a liquor store.
Renovations are scheduled to be completed December 1, 2014. Bob Sullivan, CCIM
with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction.
This
is a second venture along the South Western Corridor for South Western Business
Park, L.L.C. SWBP purchased the former Nona’s location at 8601 South Western in
2009.
