4100 Newcastle Road Sold

Pin Creek, L.L.C. has purchased a property located at 4100 Newcastle Road consisting of 1,440 square feet from CTC Properties, L.L.C. for $150,000.  The property is currently leased to J & D Odom’s Auto Sales and was purchased as an investment. Eddy Hrdlicka with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction for the Seller. Jeff James with Dominion Real Estate Group, Inc. handled the transaction for the Buyer. Closing was held at Old Republic Title Company by Barbara Chatman.
