Lawan Rattana has purchased a property located at 1732 Northwest 23^rd Street consisting of 2,394 square feet from Bell X 3, L.L.C. for $239,000.  This facility will be utilized as a non-profit organization. Amanda Sullivan with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction.  Closing was held at Oklahoma City Abstract and Title Company by Jackie Hatton.
