Lot sold at The Reserve on May

Sterling Oxford Limited, L.L.C. has purchased a building lot located at the 15316 Northwest 153^rd Street in Edmond consisting of 21,756 square feet from The Reserve on May for $177,000.  This property will be utilized as an investment property. Bob Sullivan, CCIM with NAI Sullivan Group represented the Seller and Metro Brokers of Oklahoma represented the Buyer.  Closing was held at First American Title Insurance Company by Sandy Lindsay.
