Arvest Trust Company, N.A. has purchased a property located at the 2323 Industrial Boulevard in Norman consisting of 2.38 acre more or less from Bob and Joann Irwin for $255,000.  This business is Norman Industrial Complex and will be utilized as an industrial development location. Irmon Gray with NAI Sullivan Group represented the Seller and Jim Adair with Adair Associates represented the Buyer.  Closing was held at Cleveland County Abstract by Rhonda Collett.
