Industrial Land Sold!

Kudron Ready-Mix, Inc. has purchased land located at approximately 6300 Southwest 44^th Street consisting of 7.7244 acre more or less from LLR, L.L.C. for $366,000.  This land will be utilized by Kudron for the relocation of their concrete batch plant at nearby Beacon Drive. The property was off-market at the commencement of the purchase contract. Approximately 37 acres more or less remain with LLR, L.L.C. after closing. The remaining land is still available exclusively through NAI Sullivan Group. Eddy Hrdlicka with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction. Closing was held at Old Republic Title Company of Oklahoma by Barbara Chatman.
