Land sold in Yukon


Yukon, Oklahoma—January 2013 
Freddie D. Baker Trust has purchased land located at the Northwest corner of 17th and Commerce in Yukon consisting of 46,500 square feet from Milanco, L.L.C. for $55,000.  Susan Davis Jordan, CCIM with NAI Sullivan Group represented the Buyer and Mike Geers with Geers Real Estate represented the Seller.  Closing was held at Old Republic Title Company of Oklahoma by Barbara Chatman.
