at 6400 South Western Avenue
consisting of 1.03 or acres more or less from Hughes Holdings, L.L.C. for
$159,500. The business on the property
is currently known as Busy Bubbles Car Wash and will be re-developed for a new
tunnel car wash facility by 2014. Eddy Hrdlicka with NAI Sullivan Group
represented the Seller and Louis Dakil with Dakil Real Estate, Inc represented
the Buyer. Closing was held at Oklahoma
City Title & Abstract Co. by Carol Richardson.
