HDG Products, Ltd. has leased a property located at 297 North Harvard Avenue consisting of 9,154 square feet from Naifco Realty Co.  The facility will be utilized as a distribution center.  Bob Sullivan, CCIM with NAI Sullivan Group represented the Lessee and Gerald Gamble with Gerald L. Gamble Co., Inc. represented the Lessor.
