Village Park South Sold!

Oklahoma City, Oklahoma—October 2012 

Tran BP, L.L.C. has purchased Village Park South located at 10407 North May Avenue from Dineen Edwards Group, L.L.C. for $1,643,000.  Village Park South is an approximate 22,573 square foot multi-tenant shopping center located just South of Hefner Road on May Avenue. The new owners plan on making minor upgrades to the property. Lee Bollinger, CCIM with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction.  Closing was held at Old Republic Title Company of Oklahoma by Barbara Chatman.
