FMC Technologies has leased a property located at 5421 Southwest 29^th Street consisting of 20,200 square feet from Sullivan and Ezell Partnership. This business will be utilized as a manufacturing facility for making valves for well heads.  Bob Sullivan, CCIM with NAI Sullivan Group and John Lenochan with C.B. Richard Ellis handled the transaction.
