Retail Center Sells

Edmond, Oklahoma—October 2012 

T.A.S.Y.R. Enterprises, L.L.C. has purchased a property located at 15020 Bristol Park Boulevard consisting of 13,100 square feet from Hallman Properties, L.L.C. for $1,679,582.  This retail strip center was purchased as an investment.  Irmon Gray with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction for the Seller.  Paul Wilson with Wilson Company handled the transaction for the Buyer.  Closing was held at First American Title & Trust Company by Pilar Beare.
