Baker-Lattie, L.L.C. has leased a property located at 8014 North Western, Suite A consisting of 2,900 square feet from Wilshire Crossing, L.L.C. This space will be utilized as a breakfast and lunch diner. David Hartnack with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction.
