Multifamily Investment Property Sold!

Vintage Oklahoma Properties, L.L.C. has purchased a property located at 505 Northwest 27^th Street consisting of 5,520 square feet from XNI Properties, L.L.C. for $420,000. The property will be utilized as an investment. Irmon Gray with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction for the Buyer. Robert Williams with Interwest Realty handled the transaction for the Seller. Closing was held at Old Republic Title Company of Oklahoma by Barbara Chatman.
