1240 Exchange Avenue Sold!

Jeff Coil has purchased a property located at 1240 Exchange Avenue consisting of 13,100 square feet from Frank W. Ayres for $150,000. The facility will be used for equipment storage and dirt excavation. Susan Davis Jordan, CCIM and Irmon Gray with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction. Closing was held at Old Republic Title Company by Barbara Chatman.
