7.5 acres sold at 7201 Newcastle Road

Mike and Judy Shannon have purchased a property located at 7201 Newcastle Road consisting of 7.5 acres more or less from Timothy and Laura Kilkenny-Moore for $275,000. The land will be utilized as an industrial site. Irmon Gray with NAI Sullivan Group represented the buyer and Michael Raff of Hocker and Associates represented the seller. Closing was held at Stewart Abstract and Title Company by Margaret Harkey.
