4,200 square feet leased at Towne South Shopping Center

Sam’s Optical has leased a property located at Towne South Shopping Center located at I-240 and South Walker consisting of 4,200 square feet from North Pointe, L.L.C. The space will be utilized for optical examinations, eyewear supplies and eyewear repair. Robin O’Grady with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction.
