32,000 square feet leased at 3625 Northwest Expressway

Party Galaxy has leased a property located at 3625 Northwest Expressway consisting of 32,000 square feet from Desert Home Communities. Party Galaxy will operate their Halloween Super Store beginning September 1st through November 15th. Brandy Rundel, Robin O’Grady and Bob Sullivan, CCIM with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction.
