Sell of Kelly Centre

Kelly Centre Properties, L.L.C. has purchased Kelly Centre property located at 610 South Kelly in Edmond from Kelly Centre, L.L.C. for $3,350,000. Kelly Centre is an approximately 43,000 square feet multi-tenant shopping center located just south of Second Street on Kelly Avenue in Edmond. Lee Bollinger, CCIM with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction. Closing was held at Oklahoma City Abstract and Title Company by Valerie Thornton.
