Sell of 1521 S. Walker

Brad Miller has purchased a property located at 1521 South Walker consisting of 0.15 acres from Freedom Recovery, Inc. for $40,000. The facility will be utilized as development land. Darryl Meason with NAI Sullivan Group and Carl Avey with Thomas Lay Realtors handled the transaction. Closing was held at American Guaranty Title Company by Barbara Chatman.
