Sell of 5725 Mosteller Drive

Yog Hotel, L.L.C. has purchased a property located south of Founders Tower consisting of 2.27 acres from Founders Tower Condominiums, L.L.C. for $1,134,187.03. The site will be utilized as a site for a new Residence Inn by Marriott. Bob Sullivan, CCIM with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction working with the seller and Mark Inman with CB Richard Ellis worked with the buyer. Closing was held at First American Title Company by Betty Cummins.
