4711 North May Avenue Leased

SM Mayfair, L.L.C. has leased retail space located at 4711 North May Avenue consisting of 1,800 square feet with a drive-thru from Mayfair HPR, L.L.C.  This space will be the OKC metro’s 3rd Summer Moon Coffee shop. David Hartnack and Sam Swanson with NAI Sullivan Group provided the brokerage services.  Summer Moon and NAI Sullivan Group have teamed up to meet the Tenant’s expansion goals.  NAI Sullivan Group is actively looking for 1,500-2,000 square feet end cap drive-thru or freestanding drive-thru locations in both the Oklahoma City and Tulsa metros.
