Iconic Industrial Development, L.L.C. has purchased an industrial property located at 2220 Southeast 18th Street consisting of 6,712 square feet and 4.33 acres from Sean B. Ezell for $975,000. The property will be utilized as an industrial investment.  Bob Sullivan, CCIM with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services. Closing was held at Oklahoma City Abstract and Title Company.
