Spark Burgers leases space at 1121 N.W. 63rd Street

Spark in the Hills, L.L.C. has leased retail space located at 1121 Northwest 63rd Street, Suite 5005 consisting of 2,802 square feet from Nichols Hills Plaza II, L.L.C. The space will be used for Spark Burgers restaurant which is owned and operated by the Social Order Dining Collective.  David Hartnack and Sam Swanson with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to the Tenant.
