Imperial Brown, Inc. has purchased land located at 42425 Westech Road in Shawnee consisting of 20 acres more or less from ECO Development, L.L.C. for $945,000. The land was purchased as an investment. Bob Sullivan, CCIM with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to the Seller. Closing was held at First American Title Company by Connie Clemens.
