Koala Tea OKC, L.L.C. has leased retail space located at 4236 Northwest Expressway consisting of 2,534 square feet from Pilchers Lakeshore Limited Partnership, L.L.C. The space will be used for a Boba Tea Cafe. David Hartnack, Sam Swanson and Nathan Wilson with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to the Landlord.
