Rishi Mishra-Himalayan Grocery has purchased a retail property located at 1327 South Broadway in Edmond consisting of 3,960 square feet from Tyler Doolittle-Building 101, LLC for $820,000. The building will be utilized as a retail grocery store. Krystal Deak and Darryl Meason with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to both the Buyer and the Seller.
