5801 N.W. 91st Street Sold

Harlan Buettner has purchased 0.91 acres of land at 5801 Northwest 91st Street in Oklahoma City from B & D Properties Group, L.L.C. for $120,000. The Buyers intend to develop the land as a mixed-use for office and construction storage.  David Hartnack, Sam Swanson and Dirk Erdoes with NAI Sullivan Group worked with both the Buyer and Seller. Closing was held at The Oklahoma City Abstract and Title Company by Lyndy Streight.
