2913 Glenhaven Drive Sold

Bentwood Investments, L.L.C has purchased land at 2913 Glenhaven Drive in Midwest City consisting of 10.78 acres of land from Perkins Family, L.L.C. The Buyers intend to develop the land as a mixed residential project.  David Hartnack and Sam Swanson with NAI Sullivan Group worked with the Seller. Closing was held at First American Title Company by Mary Moore.
